Butterfly valves

The DN 100 butterfly valve is a device with a rubber gasket mounted between the flanges, where the flap and the shaft are connected with a square fit. No separate flange gasket is needed, because the rubber also acts as a flange gasket. The valve is developed especially to be used for dry powdery materials in pneumatic drainable containers. It is also ideal for use in the process industry.
Frame and handle are aluminium cast. The flap and the axle can be made of structural steel or high-grade stainless steel. The advantage of a butterfly valve is that no special tools are needed for dismantling it. The butterfly valve also has a sturdy handle with locked open/closed positions. The butterfly valve can also be equipped with an actuator and open/closed limit switches.
